D300 Aircraft Warning Spheres

DESCRIPTION

Applicable to overhead power transmission lines, especially in sections crossing rivers, mountains and valleys. Install conspicuous barrier balls (sign balls / warning balls / bird repellers) on the lines to provide warning signs and indicate the presence of obstacles.

FUNCTIONS & FEATURES

INSTALLATION GUIDE

  • Wind the aluminum stranded wire around the OPGW or ground wire.
  • Place the lower half of the aviation marker ball onto the coiled lightning protection ground wire, paying attention to the position of the wire clamp. Then place the upper half of the aviation marker ball on top of the lower half, attach an aluminum clamp, and tighten the screws.

  • After aligning the upper and lower parts, fit the other hemisphere and tighten the screws. It is recommended to use an electric tool with a sleeve for this operation.
